Appointment Cancellations, Rescheduling, and No Shows
NEW CLIENTS MUST COMPLETE INTAKE PAPERWORK AT LEASE 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE
Our cancellation policy is in place since the time we schedule for you prevents other patients from accessing the slot.
We require a minimum of 24 hours notice if you wish to make changes to your appointment in order to avoid a fee. For subscription based clients, you will simply lose the credit for your session with less than 3 hour notice.

FEES
During standard business hours Monday - Friday between 8 am - 5 pm.
During non-standard business hours, weekends or holidays, fees are double.
If you reschedule at least 3 hours prior, there is no charge.
If you reschedule with less than 3 hours’ notice a $15 fee will apply.
If you cancel within 24 hours or do not connect within the first 10 minutes (no show) of your session, a $50 fee will apply.

We kindly ask that you use the client portal to manage your appointments and communicate with your provider as soon as a conflict arises. If you need to change an appointment less than 24 hours prior, please be aware that a fee will be assessed and must be paid prior to receiving future services.
