Pizza with Strawberry Spinach Goat Cheese Salad

Who doesn't love a quick oven ready pizza paired with salad.  You can have quick convenient food that tastes food and doesn't break the calorie bank.  Nutrition is estimated based on eating 1/2 of a 1000 calorie flatbread pizza.

Serves two!
  • 4 cups Baby Spinach
  • 1 cup Strawberries
  • 2 ounces Goat Cheese
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Vinegar (recommend strawberry, white wine, or balsamic)
  • 2 pinches Kosher Salt and cracked black pepper
  • 1 Thin Crust Margherita Pizza
 
  1. Bake pizza according to box instructions.
  2. Please spinach in a bowl, top with quartered strawberries, crumbled goat cheese, oil, salt and vinegar.
