Pulled Pork Lettuce Cups

Pulled pork is a great dish to make in bulk and use in numerous ways.   We love to cook once, portion into bags, drop in the freeze and pull out a perfectly portioned bag for use in a new recipe.  If you like tacos, you will love these lettuce cups! ​
The easiest meal or snack ever!
Put your leftover pulled pork in lettuce and go!

Pulled Pork is a highly versatile protein that can go into pretty much anything! 

Recipe serves one - but this is easily scaled up for however many people are eating in your house!

  • 3 leaves Romaine Lettuce
  • 3 ounces Slow Cooked Pulled Pork
  • 1⁄/2 Avocado
  • 3 tablespoons Salsa Verde
  • 2 tablespoons diced tomato

  1. Rewarm pulled pork.
  2. Place 1 oz pulled pork in each lettuce leaf, top with slice of avocado, 1 tbsp salsa, and 1 tsp diced tomato.
